At Power Physio, we believe everyone deserves access to high-quality, NDIS-accredited, personalised physiotherapy. We also recognise that not everyone has access to accredited NDIS clinics to get the access and care that they need. That’s where Power Physio’s mobile services come in.
Thanks to us, Cranbourne residents and their carers can get access to NDIS physiotherapy right at their doorstep. This bypasses any difficulties someone may have with accessing a clinic location, so you won’t have to worry about securing transport or moving towards a far-off clinic.
It isn’t just our “portability” that sets us apart from other physiotherapy practices. We offer unique care solutions that are tailored and adjusted towards the needs of each patient, and of course, your NDIS physio will be respectful, patient, and courteous.
NDIS Physiotherapy Cranbourne
What is Mobile NDIS Physiotherapy
Mobile physiotherapy is simply the practice of receiving physiotherapy care right at your home or a local public space rather than having to come to a brick-and-mortar physio office. We offer physiotherapy in your living room, local park, gym, or pool. Your home visit physio will also arrive with their own training equipment and treatment plans.
This approach to physiotherapy is highly intuitive and convenient, as it means that Cranbourne residents can enjoy physiotherapy brought right to them rather than having to travel far to seek it out themselves.
What Cranbourne Residents Get with Power Physio
Power Physio offers three main services in our mobile NDIS physiotherapy offerings.
Home Exercise Therapy
Exercise therapy is specialised in improving a patient’s strength, flexibility, and physical function. By carrying out tailored exercise programs under the guidance and supervision of a trained NDIS physio, these home exercises are excellent at managing chronic conditions and improving physical strength. You also don’t have to carry them out in your home. You and your physio can also meet at a local park or a gym. Our home visit physio will bring the care plan, equipment, and respectful attitude, while all you have to do is arrive so we can get started.
Hydrotherapy
If you’re looking for a style of physiotherapy that is gentler on the body, we strongly recommend our hydrotherapy services. Hydrotherapy describes a gentle, low-impact form of therapy that is done in a body of water such as a public pool. Hydrotherapy is especially effective at reducing joint strain and increasing body stability. You don’t need to own a pool at your property. We prefer booking sessions at your nearest public pool. The controlled environment and heated water are especially effective for hydrotherapy.
Manual Therapy
With our NDIS physio’s training in hands-on physical therapy, they can assess, treat, and manage a variety of physical issues you may be experiencing. These can be done to improve mobility, restore physical function, and pain relief. Your NDIS Physio will implement many kinds of physiotherapy techniques, such as stretching, soft tissue massages, and joint mobilisation in order to help you manage pain and expand your range of motion. We do all of these exercises and massage techniques inside your home with our own equipment to relieve pain issues.
