Free Initial Consult: Terms

In short: NDIS participants who are new to Power Physio can book one free initial consult of about 60 minutes at home. It is not claimed from your NDIS plan and there is no obligation to continue.

Who it’s for

  • NDIS participants who have not received services from Power Physio before.
  • Living within our service area in metropolitan Melbourne.
  • One free initial consult per person.

What’s included

  • A one-on-one session of about 60 minutes at your home with one of our physiotherapists.
  • A chance to talk about your goals and how physiotherapy could support them.

Cost

  • The consult is free. It is not claimed from your NDIS plan.
  • There is no obligation to book further sessions.

About the value

The “valued at $270” figure is based on how we bill a standard initial assessment: 1 hour face-to-face plus 30 minutes of documentation at the 2026–27 NDIS price limit for physiotherapy ($183.99 per hour). Provider travel is billed separately for ongoing sessions.

If you choose to continue

  • Ongoing sessions are claimed from your NDIS plan at or below the current NDIS price limits.
  • We’ll agree a service agreement with you before any ongoing sessions start.
